Event Recap: Record Turnout at DACA’s March 31, 2026 Program
DACA hosted one of its most successful events to date on March 31, 2026, drawing a record-breaking turnout from across the construction industry. The strong attendance and high engagement throughout the evening reflect the growing influence and momentum of DACA within the Metro Detroit construction community.
Our keynote speaker, Valerie, delivered a compelling and timely presentation on managing a business in today’s evolving environment. Her message centered on strengthening the fundamentals that drive long-term success. She emphasized the importance of:
- Surrounding yourself with good people
- Building strong, reliable partnerships
- Focusing on processes and operational discipline
- Investing in core business foundations—especially now
Her insights resonated deeply with attendees, sparking meaningful conversations and reinforcing the value of continuous improvement and strategic investment.
The energy in the room, combined with the exceptional turnout, made this event a standout moment for DACA. It showcased not only the strength of our membership but also the increasing role DACA plays in supporting, educating, and connecting professionals across the construction industry.
